In some cases though, I admit being part of the failure. People are of the mind "F it, it's not mine" so if it get's done it gets done if not I still get paid, or get credit for helping or whatever. I find that when asked to do something I give okay let say 95-100% and receive maybe 60-80% if I ask the same person to do something for me.
